This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://shop.cronusmax.com
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
- Use of any of the products we carry may or may not void your consoles warranty. Please check before purchasing.
- If purchasing a console case, controller case, or case mod you must be sure the case or mod you order will fit your console prior to placing the order. We cannot accept returns on any opened or used cases or mods. No exceptions.
- We are not responsible for the use or misuse of any of the products we carry, it is up to the customer to follow all local, state, and federal laws for the area(s) they reside.
- We are not responsible for the customers ability to use or install any of the item(s) we carry, it is up to the customer to fully research how to use or install the item(s) prior to purchasing. Some items may require certain skills in order to be installed successfully (i.e.: soldering, using special tools,etc).
- Please make sure you understand the full purpose of the device(s) before you purchase it. We do not provide refunds on any opened or used merchandise if the item is not defective.
- We are not responsible for any damages that may occur while using any of the products we carry. Any damage that may occur is responsibility of the customer.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including returned parcels due to incorrect address supplied. No exceptions.
- Refunds can only be made within 90 days of purchase on merchandise that qualifies for a refund. A credit note will be issued over the 90 days.
- Refunds may take up to 7 days in some cases to clear, depending on how you paid. Sometimes it's immediatley, sometimes it can take a few days - it really depends on your bank.
- Console cases, controller cases and case mods cannot be returned for a refund. If any part is defective it will be replaced after the customer sends the defective part back to us for examination.
- All products carry a 90 Day warranty unless otherwise stated.
- All billing is in US Dollars. Your bank will auto convert to the days rate. You can select most major currencies to get an estimated value by going to the menu at the top of the page and changing the stores currency. All rates are checked live but should be regarded as an estimate. Your bank rate will differ.
- The customer is responsible for shipping any returns back to us for testing and/or replacement. Once our testing is completed and we have officially declared to you that the item is damaged and/or defective we will then issue a replacement at our discretion, which may include repairing the defect and returning it to the customer. In the event the item cannot be fully repaired it will then be replaced and returned to the customer.
- If the item sent back for testing is not defective, the item will be returned and the customer will be charged return shipping, No exceptions.
- Product images in some cases may be for illustration purposes only and should not be a guarantee of what a shipped product may look like. Where we do our utmost best to make sure that all product images are accurate, manufacturers do change the look of a product from time to time. You should always refer to the product description and specifications if you wish to be sure of what the product's features are.
- All defective merchandise must be returned to us within 90 days of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse sale or service to anyone.
Rules of Customer Conduct:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner when dealing with our company and/or staff.
- Profanity is not tolerated, please ask your question(s) or voice your concern in a civil manner.
- We reserve the right to terminate contact and/or communication if the rules above are not followed.
- Not observing these rules may also result in the banning of the customer from placing future orders with us or logging onto the site or any communities that we host.
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Blue Ridge Electronics LLC.
Changing an Order
If you wish to change an order, add a product, remove a product, merge with another order, change shipping method, change shipping address etc, please contact the Cronus Support Center where a member of staff will assist subject to availability. The change is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by a member of staff as the order(s) may have already been shipped making it impossible to change.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SHOP.CRONUSMAX.COM reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Items that are listed as pre-order will always be shipped on a first come, first served basis. All shipping dates given are estimated and should not be treated as a guaranteed date. Always check the product page and/or the news page for any updates regarding shipment delays, change or confirmation of shipping dates. You may cancel your Pre-Order at any time prior to shipping.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. If an item is out-of-stock we reserve the right to remove it from your order in order to be able to fulfill the rest of your order. If the out-of-stock item was purchased during a sale (coupons, specials etc), the discount cannot be applied if the item comes into stock once the offer has expired. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase.
Any returned item that is sent back due to either a customer mistake or is sent to us as faulty and it is tested as not faulty may incur a restocking fee.
All returns are RTB (Return To Base). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when sending and item/order back to us for exchange or refund. Shipping will not be refunded on returned merchandise unless there is an error that is our fault, then we will supply a shipping label or refund the shipping costs up to the value on the original invoice. Returns can only be made to the original shipping address. If a different address is required the customer must cover that shipping cost (both to and from).

All transactions are in US$. Refunds are given within 7 days of purchase no questions asked and up to 30 days if the product is faulty. Refunds cannot be processed after 90 days of the original payment. Refunds cannot be applied to expired credit cards. Refunds cannot be applied to a different payment source. Postage is not refunded for international returns or for any returns where the product is not faulty. International customers with non-USA currency payment sources, please note that currency exchange rates change every day, so the amount that your bank converts from US$ to your local currency may be different from the day you ordered. Sometimes you may receive a little more, sometimes a little less. This is calculated by your bank, not by Cronus. We are not responsible for any shortfalls, much like we do not expect you to send the difference if you get a few dollars more.
We have contracts with United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). There are several service sand options which are calculated in real time against the total weight of your order. All weights are in lbs.
Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt, provided the product ordered is in stock, however you should allow 1-3 business days for processing, packaging and shipment of your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Shipping cut off time is 4pm EST.
Notice About Shipping Charges
If you order an express shipping service such as Overnight or 2 Day Air, you are simply paying for a shipping method and not a guaranteed time of delivery. We ship all packages as soon as we can unless an item is on backorder. Once the backordered item(s) come in we will then ship your order per the method you paid for. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. If your order is on backorder you can contact us prior to us shipping it and cancel the order or downgrade the shipping service, only then will we refund the difference in cost. Otherwise your order will ship based on the method you chose during checkout. We are not responsible for any overseas customs fees or taxes. This is solely the responsibility of the customer.
SHOP.CRONUSMAX.COM shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable 5% sales tax on orders that are to be delivered to addresses within the state of Virginia. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
What about import taxes?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. All paperwork is filed automatically by custom USPS software and includes the full value of the products as shown on the website and does not include any discounts or coupons. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from SHOP.CRONUSMAX.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. if you refuse to pay import taxes the goods will be returned to us and you will be refunded for the items as soon as they arrived minus any postage and packing costs. Please do not ask us to falsify paperwork so you pay less taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SHOP.CRONUSMAX.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SHOP.CRONUSMAX.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SHOP.CRONUSMAX.COM shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
