We've just got word that the shipment is in New York Customs but it's delayed for a few days due to some backlog.

As soon as they arrive, all pending orders that include the Beloader will be shipped within 24 hours.

Good news, the Beloader Pro's land on Wednesday March 13th so all the pre-orders will go out then (keep your eye on this page in case there is a change. We've been hurt by customs before).

Besavior's will also be in stock, which I can confirm is a great add-on for the Cronus Zen and PS5 support. We'll also be stocking DualSense controllers, both stock and pre-installed, DIY kits, soldering equipment, and basically everything you need to install it yourself if you are that way inclined.

Strike Packs are also back, with the new Xbox Series X and Xbox One all-in-one version, and we've also had a shipment of Xbox Wireless Adapter v2's - which are now needed if you wish to use any Xbox controller wirelessly with your Cronus Zen and all the latest games.

Drive Hubs are also back, but there's not many due to a production delay, so if you've been after one, bag it asap.

I've just been informed that the shipment of components for the ZEN PS5 Ultimate Bundle are now on their way to us by air freight which usually takes about 3-5 days (I'm told it should be here by Feb 21st).

All pre-orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the shipment arriving at our warehouse. All the tracking information will of course be emailed as soon as the shipment is on its way to you.

Newsflash: I know many of you are on this crazy long six week wait list (shakes fist at the shipping companies), however I do have some good news. One of our vendors was unable to take a custom shipment so we have a few hundred Zen "Mega Bundles" which will be available to buy on Friday, and YES, they will ship NEXT WEEK!

Once they're available on Friday I will ping you guys here. But once they are sold out, they are sold out, and it won't be until late May, Early June until we get the next shipment of Zen's. Meanwhile, while we do what we can to minimize the ONE PER CUSTOMER policy, there will be a lot of scalpers out there selling Zen's at over inflated prices, so if you want one at real retail cost direct from the manufacturers, get one as soon as you can, because now the new 2.1.0 update is out, they sell FAST.

The next shipment of Drive Hubs is currently delayed in China. We're waiting on an update - everything is on lock down over there right now.

A quick update on the next Zen shipment, it has finally cleared customs and is now on its way to us - so we're patiently waiting too.

I'm told it will be Friday or Monday depending on the usual shipping delays everyone is experiencing right now, so as soon as it lands I will post here to let you guys know. 

All pre-orders will be notified by email with a tracking number as soon as they ship. Please allow an extra 24 hours if you ordered the white glove update & install package with your Cronus Zen.

The next Cronus Zen shipment is currently stuck at the shipping port so instead of putting it out of stock you can place a pre-order right now and it'll get shipped as soon as the stock arrives, hopefully next week. Please note that with a pre-order, USPS Priority orders are always shipped before USPS First Class orders.

We got hit by yet another snow storm so he shipment that was supposed to arrive tomorrow isn't going to get here until Tuesday night.

Due to winter storms hitting our area, all shipping services are on hold - we're located next to the Blue Ridge Mountains and a good 10" dumped in just a few hours so the roads are an absolute mess.

If you have received your tracking email but it's not showing any movement, don't worry it just means the order has been packed and waiting for collection, which should be by Tuesday night at the latest.

The Zen's just this minute landed in our warehouse so we'll start programming and packing tonight. If you have a Zen backordered with us, expect a tracking number within the next 48 hours (priority shipments will leave before first class).

The shipping company informs us they're running behind due to yesterdays Winter Storm, but they've assured us it'll get here by Jan 5th. There's a lot of post Christmas orders to get through so it'll take a couple off days to get them out. Hopefully it arrives early - I'll be sure to post an update as soon as they land.

JAN 3 UPDATE: Virginia was hit by a winter storm last night so the Zen shipment that was supposed to arrive this morning wasn't able to get to us. The roads are being cleared as we speak so hopefully it will land tomorrow and we'll get all of the Zen Back Orders shipped out as quickly as possible.

We're now completely sold out of Cronus Zen and have shipped all orders hopefully in time for Christmas!

You can still order the Zen while it's on Back-Order - the shipment is already on its way and expected to arrive at our warehouse between Friday December 31st and Monday January 3rd (most likely Monday due to everyone not working on New Years Eve and New Years Day).
