We're currently working through the weekend to get the Zen Pre-Orders from batch #1 packed and shipped out. Tracking numbers have been sent to out to every order that has been packed, and it's estimated we should be finished by Thursday late afternoon.
The pre-order schedule has also been simplified into two batches.

So, if your order number is below 59394, you can expect to receive a tracking number this week. This can be found on your receipt from the Cronus store or your PayPal receipt (it's at the bottom of the page called "Invoice ID").
If your order number is above 59395, the shipment for that batch is due to arrive at our warehouse on August 25th. Once that batch has sold out, the next shipment date for batch #3 will be mid-September.
In case you are wondering "why the batches?", our factory is running at only 20% capacity due to COVID-19, so for example, instead of being able to have 100,000 units per production cycle, we're limited to only 10k at any one time, so they're being staggered out as quickly, and as fairly as possible (hence only one per customer at the moment). Then, of course, we're a slave to delays with the freight company at the factory, delays with the actual shipping provider, then more delays at US Customs and so on and so on.
We understand that waiting so long is annoying and inconvenient, but we're doing everything we can to keep production moving as safely as possible. COVID-19 is wreaking havoc everywhere, in places that you wouldn't usually think twice about.
