Cronus Zen Pre Order Batch #2 numbers 59395 to 64251 are now being shipped from our warehouse in Virginia. Customers will receive two emails, one with the receipt confirming the order is now complete and one with the shipping and tracking information. It'll take a couple of days to get through all the orders, I expect they will all be clear by Friday 4th. Pre Order Batch #3 has left our factory and en-route to US customs. It's still scheduled to arrive on September 12th but if that changes we will let you know. Thank you so much for your patience, we have the best customers!

Good News! We were able to increase the number of Zens produced, so batch #5 has been merged with batch #4 and the scheduled shipping date has been slashed from October 21st to the end of September! (date tbc).

There's also an update with Batch #2. The shipment has finally cleared US customs in New York, however due to COVID delays with the freight providers, the shipment is now expected to arrive this coming Wednesday or Thursday (the second it arrives, all Batch #2 customers will be notified by email).

All orders from the Cronus Zen Pre Order Batch #2, #3 & #4 have now completely sold out. Batch #2 is currently clearing US customs so will arrive at our warehouse a few days later than expected - customers can expect their tracking number to be sent by email this Friday 28th and the shipment will most likely arrive at the warehouse on Saturday or Monday 08/30/20. Batch #3 is currently undergoing quality control to make sure every Cronus Zen and USB cable is fully functional, that shipment is still expected to arrive 09/12/20.  Batch #4 production is booked in and ready to start mid-September with a scheduled arrival date of 10/21/20.

Zen Pre-Order Batch #2 is on it's way!

The Cronus Zen Pre Order Batch #2 has finally arrived and currently being processed by US Customs in New York. So you are aware, during the COVID-19 crisis, this clearing process usually takes around 3-4 days. Unfortunately, we're going to miss the scheduled date of August 25th by just a few days, but as soon as the shipment arrives you can be assured we will be working around the clock to make sure the thousands of pending Cronus Zen pre-orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with all of your tracking information. I'm confident we will ship all orders from Batch #2 within 48 hours of arrival. In the meantime, I ask that you double-check your shipping address to make sure it is correct as we cannot be responsible for any mistakes (missing apartment number, wrong state, bad zip code etc.) If you do wish to make a change, create a support ticket and we will make sure that is taken care of for you - you still have a few days, so there's plenty of time to make any corrections. Batch #3 is still on schedule for September 12th and Batch #4 is currently scheduled for October 5th but that is expected to arrive much earlier. More news on that soon.

About 60% of the Zen Pre-Orders have been shipped, we're just waiting on one more truck to arrive with the remainder of the Zen - we're told it should be here by Thursday. As soon as that lands we'll be able to get the rest of the pre-orders out.

If your order number is between 56963 and 59394, you are guaranteed a Cronus Zen from this batch.

Zen Pre-Order Batch #1 Update

We're currently working through the weekend to get the Zen Pre-Orders from batch #1 packed and shipped out. Tracking numbers have been sent to out to every order that has been packed, and it's estimated we should be finished by Thursday late afternoon.

The pre-order schedule has also been simplified into two batches.

So, if your order number is below 59394, you can expect to receive a tracking number this week. This can be found on your receipt from the Cronus store or your PayPal receipt (it's at the bottom of the page called "Invoice ID").

If your order number is above 59395, the shipment for that batch is due to arrive at our warehouse on August 25th. Once that batch has sold out, the next shipment date for batch #3 will be mid-September.

In case you are wondering "why the batches?", our factory is running at only 20% capacity due to COVID-19, so for example, instead of being able to have 100,000 units per production cycle, we're limited to only 10k at any one time, so they're being staggered out as quickly, and as fairly as possible (hence only one per customer at the moment). Then, of course, we're a slave to delays with the freight company at the factory, delays with the actual shipping provider, then more delays at US Customs and so on and so on.

We understand that waiting so long is annoying and inconvenient, but we're doing everything we can to keep production moving as safely as possible. COVID-19 is wreaking havoc everywhere, in places that you wouldn't usually think twice about.

Good News! We have begun shipping the Zen Pre-Orders from Batch #1 which has been updated and expanded to cover order numbers 56963 to 59394.

As there are a few thousand in this particular batch, extra staff are on hand and will be working through the weekend to make sure all orders are shipped as quickly as possible. A USPS tracking number will be emailed to all customers as soon as it is ready for collection.

The Post Office has informed us to make sure customers know to expect delays, especially those who have ordered from outside of America, so please allow a little extra during this COVID-19 crisis.

The shipment for PRE-ORDER #1 has arrived in the USA and currently going through US Customs checks. All being well, it should arrived in our warehouse some time this week and shipping of all orders will then begin. If you are in the #1 batch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and other information soon after. The #2 batch is currently in production and is expected to leave the factory early August.

There are several production batches in progress and each is a fixed amount of product, so once one batch has sold out, the shipping schedule will then move to the next batch. Current Zen Backorder

Cronus Zen order numbers starting #50608 and ending #56515 will begin to ship June 15th. If your order number is valid and in the backorder queue, it's status will be marked as 'Processed'. We have enough stock to cover 100% of these orders.

All DriveHub and StrikePack backorders will also be shipped at the same time.

It will take around 2-3 days max to pack and ship this quantity, and they will be processed in order oldest to newest. An email will be sent with tracking information as soon as it is packed and ready to go. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!

New Zen Orders

If you are looking to make a new Cronus Zen purchase, we have decided that it was in the best interest of our customers not to take pre-orders this time as we don't want to risk having to make you wait 3-4 weeks again because a shipment was stuck in US Customs due to massive delays for obvious reasons. We have a tentative delivery date of June 30th. If that date changes it will be updated on this news page.

As soon as I know what day they will be in our warehouse, they will be available again to buy. I recommend adding your name to the "Notify me when back in stock" option right underneath the Sold Out button (I've recently been told this is buggy on some cellphone browsers - use desktop mode in chrome or safari and it will work).

After 3 weeks of delays by US Customs (thanks to a craazy COVID-19 backlog) we have been informed that the shipment has been released and is now finally on its way to our warehouse.

I expect it to arrive this Friday and we will begin to ship all the pending backorders. 

Waiting for something as fun as this product really sucks, I get it, so thank you so much for your patience and support!

The shipment of Cronus Zen, DriveHubs & StrikePacks continue to be stuck in customs due to massive backlogs, HOWEVER I do expect them to be finally released sometime this week.

Waiting for these has been such a pain and we can only apologise for the delay. If I knew this delay would have happened I wouldn't have made them available to purchase - this has never happened to us before, crazy times :/

Thanks again for your patience. I have also sent an email out to those with a pending order just so you know you're not being ignored.

Cronus Zen & DriveHubs Currently on Backorder & Server Move

The entire first shipment of Cronus Zen sold out in its first launch week, and there are still a good number of orders in the Backorder queue that will be shipped as soon as the next shipment arrives. We hoped it would be here by May 29th but it looks like it's going to be a little longer, US Customs aren't giving us much to go on right now so we'll just have to wait.

As you can imagine the last couple of months has been unprecedented in terms of demand while simultaneously being short-staffed due to COVID-19 stay-at-home orders in our home state of Virginia. The rules have now been relaxed during the Phase One "reopening" of the state, so more shipping staff will be returning within the next week, so as soon as the next shipment arrives we expect all backlogs to be cleared pretty quickly and hopefully, things will get back to normal around here in terms of an order being shipped the same day it was made.

In other related news, when Zen launched on May 11th, our server traffic went through the roof, so we had to migrate to a new enterprise-class server to cope with demand. Unfortunately, the mail server was corrupted and we lost a good number of emails, so if you have been chasing your order without a response, you're not being ignored or forgotten and you can be sure we will be in touch as soon as we get a shipment date confirmed.

This is an exciting gaming product, so we understand that it's painful to wait so long for something so awesome, especially if you are stuck at home with nothing to do but game all day (jealous) and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Luckily the warehouse is located in a remote area and the Manager lives on the same land, so he is able to go in and make sure shipping is processed every day.
